The company has a 401k match and profit sharing plan.
we have health insurance, profit sharing, vacation, flex days, sick days. Management is extremely understanding if you are sick or just need a mental health day. They actually suggest you take a day off a month so you don't get burned out!
They use a flextime that allows you to work extra and then take time off which is nice. Other benefits are pretty standard.
Flex time best Health plan/no 401k match the worst.
Benefits are absolute garbage. Insurance is expensive. You can literally find better plans on your own outside the company. 401K takes a year before eligiblity, but no company matching and there is a fee to participate. Again, you are better off finding something outside the company. The company says they allow work from home, but this is highly discouraged after you join, or as one manager put it "No one who works from home actually does any work". Flex time is the closest thing to any silver lining, but in terms of overall benefits, if you offer someone a sandwich that is 90% crap and 10% ham, it's still a crap sandwich.
The best perk about Beacon Funding benefits is the Flex Time option. I like that even though we are salaried employees our time is still valuable enough for them to recognize it and pay us for any hours over 40 or we get to use it as paid time off
This is a company full of assets such as its values and its work atmosphere.
They do offer profit match or 401K benefits but you can only qualify after one year. I'm still currently on my parents health plan so I opted out of Beacon's but plan on taking the benefits once I come of age.
Standard, they offer a work from home opportunity and competitive benefits.
The best thing is having some benefits start the month you're hired (others you do have to wait a month).
