They don't even match for couple of years. Employee who exceed certain salary range, the match will be discount.
401K is worst, some years even stop 401k Matching
401K is typical for most companies. There is a match- 3% I believe- but not vested for 2-3 years.

The 401K is very well funded
Match up to 3%. Could be better, but it could be worse.
Only recently brought back a 401k match that is pretty average.
Their 401K plan is relatively new (at least since the ValueOptions and Beacon Health Strategies Merger, it's new for VO), and it matches 0.5% of your contributions up to a max of 3% on their part. They have a typical vesting schedule.
Employer match is nice to have.
