Decent. High deductible and affordable for single contractor employees. Not sure about family rates. Some copays can be a little high on some prescriptions, but still great that they offer it to (contracted) employees.
They provided the very basic form of health care. To be honest, in the year that I was employed there I did not use it. 3
Only a few contracting agencies offer benefits to their W2 contractors. I believe the Health is available after 30 days and the 401k after 90.
Great coverage with renown insurance companies. And they subsidize like a real employer leaving you to pay a very small amount (compared to if I tried to purchase something myself).
The medical insurance is great.
Beacon Hill provides a better than average health insurance package.
The benefits are competitive and strong.
They are expensive and now we have higher deductibles
They do not have health insurance for contract workers.
A mediocre health insurance plan.
