Great benefits package! Good coverage for a reasonable price. Definitely a company that takes care of it's employees!
The healthcare insurance benefit package was decent for contracted employees. No paid holidays and not PTO made it tough to take off. May offer more benefits for actual full time employees of Beacon Hill, but only reviewing based on experience as a contractor. If you work downtown, Beacon Hill would not pay for parking (which seems to be pretty standard with most staffing companies).
Left high and dry clocked just under 30 hrs/wk. Role expanded into full time shortly, but enrollment window begins when my contact ends.
The benefits package at Beacon Hill is slim for a temp. They have to employ you a certain amount of hours a week to be eligible for benefits and you can't count on being scheduled consistently to reach this.
You receive benefits after your 3 month term. But I was only a temp worker and got dropped after 2 months and have been out of work for a whole month and no benefits.
Have to wait over 90 days before any benefits and once you do get them they are expensive. Stay away.
Decent benefits, including eye, dental, 401k, and medical. Enrollment once a year, easy process to follow once minimum amount of hours were reached.
