They offer health and 401k benefits to W2 contractors. Health available after 30 days; 401k after 90 days - I believe...
The company provided very basic medical care. The project was an hourly pay project so there were no benefits in terms of vacation or sick days.
Health Insurance kicks in after working 90 days on assignment. That assumes the assignment is that long. In my case it was. Beacon Hill was good in that they paid for that month's insurance although that particular month I only worked the first week only. Health insurance is important now with the new penalty laws. Of course I could have purchased it myself, but it is so much easier (and cheap) when you have an employer paying most of it.

The best thing about the benefits package at Beacon Hill Staffing Group is that they offer a benefits package. However, they do not offer group term life insurance. Most companies offer three times your salary with no medical.
Good benefits if you are lucky enough to get job that last a long time!
