Fair PTO increases over time and anniversary additional days
Great benefits package, but was expensive for salaried team members.
401K match to 4% and annual profit sharing but health insurance is expensive and the coverage is not great. Start with 20 PTO days and every 5 years receive an additional 5 days for that year.
Three tiered health benefits (gold, silver bronze), multiple health savings account, dental, vision, critical illness, hospital indemnity. Overall comprehensive package
All good, better than most. Start with 4 weeks PTO, which incorporates sick time, so stay healthy and you get more of the 4 weeks for vacation. Increases after 5 years, adding 3 days “unplugged” days.
Health insurance is decent. 6% match on 401K
Great benefits, great PTO days, great 401K plan.
Great benefits . Vacation is 4 weeks from the first day you start, plus they have 401k matching and cash pension benefits, which is rare nowadays. The only ding is they have a sub-standard paid maternity leave. If you want to take the full 12 weeks, then you have to take some of that time off unpaid or use your vacation, which is really hard to do. Most companies nowadays do 12-18 weeks, with majority of it paid. For a company who is supposedly values women, this should be improved to stay competitive.
Benefits package and bonus structure are both generous
Start with 20 vacation days per year
