Great PTO plan - 6 weeks
PTO is amazing. 50% match up to 6%, but vests in 5 years. Hierarchy of health and dental benefits based on how much money you make and what kind of coverage you want.
Insurance is ok. You get 6 weeks of vacation but good luck using them and still managing your workload. 401k has matching but it is minimal.
6 weeks vacation is one of a kind
Insurance is okay but they pay sales agents next to nothing. No salary and they keep cutting commissions. They also kick you out the door so they don't have to pay your commissions. Commission is only 1.5% which is very tough when you have to wait several months for the home to close. Also - you have to work for 1 year to get 10 days of Vacation NP- as in NO PAY vacation! They do give all other employees better vacation - but sales is bottom of the barrel at Beazer. And you have to work every weekend. They give you 2 days off during the week but expect you to work those days as well. So you work 7 days a week with no vacation for 1 year. No holidays. We work every day!
6 weeks vacation for all employees. 3 Health Insurance Plans to choose from - all are pretty good and Beazer covers a large portion of the cost even for the best plan.
