Offers free lunch which is a fantastic benefit.
Free lunch which is actually taxed
401K Match is below average (I think only 5% vs 9% for Chubb and 6% for most other insurance companies). Health Coverage was EXPENSIVE. For my wife and I, Health Insurance cost over $500 per month with a $4,000 deductible. With a Child, its much more expensive. The 3-Month Sabbatical after 10 years is one hell of a perk, however, good luck making it 10 years with this company.
Company has good perks such as free daily catered lunch, commuter reimbursement, gym reimbursement, and some teams allow for work from home option.
The best unique benefit is daily lunch. Unfortunately vacation time for US employees is not on par with competitors and they still do not use a PTO bank (separate sick days with no carryover).
Great 401k match, cheap dental, 15 vacation days to start and that goes up to 20 after 3 years. Not to mention a 3-month sabbatical after 10 years. And free lunch!
Beazley offers free lunch everyday in the office (that means no cost, food delivered right to your desk, so waiting in line and no losing your parking spot going out in bad weather). They also offer a fitness reimbursement, and benefits kick in right away.
Excellent Benefits... !
