“Pretty good for the US but not good compared to other countries”
20 days PTO, 40 days to carry over year to year
10 weeks maternity leave, 4 weeks PTO and they allow roll over.
The benefits aren’t bad but I would say they’re need updating and improving.

Positives: Good PTO, Health Insurance, other smaller benefits. Negatives: Dental is bad, No commuting benefits despite requiring part-time in-office, seems to be removing benefits every so often.
