There are several options. They will Match your 401k by 6%. Can retire as early as 50. 4 weeks PTO a year with an option to get a 5th week. All pro occurred carry over each year

401k matching is solid. Bereavement is not great especially since it is a family owned company. (3 days for a family member)
Best thing is the 401K plan. A 6% match from company and a 3% discretionary company contribution annually.
