Traditional or Roth 401K (company matches 6% after one year of service, non-guaranteed bonus contribution of 3% has been given the past several years), health, dental and vision insurance, life insurance @ 1x base salary, 160 hours of vacation per year (can be rolled over) Negatives: Currently no paid family leave, no severance upon layoff

401k matching is solid. Bereavement is not great especially since it is a family owned company. (3 days for a family member)

Best thing is the 401K plan. A 6% match from company and a 3% discretionary company contribution annually.

Benefits are pretty good with 401k matching up to 6%, annual 401k trust bonus, purchase vacation option, competitive insurance premiums, and regular rewards for jobs well done or work done above normal scope. Three weeks of vacation is fairly common, but doesn’t increase with years of service.

High deductible medical insurance, but you do have the option of an HSA. Great company match on 401K. Best benefits I've had anywhere.
