This company is very flexible and fair to its employees
We have multiple health insurance options which is higher than I prefer, but are reasonable for a small company. We have a 3% safe harbor guaranteed match which is amazing! PTO is also generous and we have unlimited sick time! We also have many employee engagement activities where we are provided lunch or snacks. Beckwood has also offered paid paternity leave of 2 weeks to new fathers. There are also mid and annual bonuses that are paid out to the entire company based on company performance.
Average health insurance benefits. Vacation and sick time is good. Bonuses are low. Only select people are allowed to work from home.
