    2 weeks of training then learn with the wolves. Most management has been trained by the supervisor that currently reports to them. Associates now have a better training but managers are still struggling with basic things.

    They train you how to do the basics and then make you work your butt off figuring it out pretty much on your own.

    The training is a term used but not practiced at BBB so they can say they did it. It's 1-2 days for a new hire, if lucky. And the new Asst Mgrs have to learn most on the fly while there's no payroll in the stores to allow even that. I feel sorry for the new Mgrs. They'll get pulled out of the store for a day here and there once every 2 months to train, and it's a cram lesson. And the store suffers that day too because, the payroll for them out of the building that day is pulled out of the store's budget.

    Horrible training!.. They give you like 3 days and then your supposed yo know everything.. And if you don't they treat you like total crap and talk about you to all the other employees saying jow stupid you are.. I myself never even got training on the cash register because they forgot about it!.. So every time i was on the register naturally i had questions!.. They ended up never puttingnme on the register unless absolutely nessecary .. They made me feel like it amwas my fault.. It wasn't me!.. It was them!.. Train your employees !
