    Their is a program but you really have to drive your own training and use your own time to learn things. Varies by store on how detailed of training you receive.

    Spent 2 weeks training, got to store and their systems were different, nobody has time to show you, so you spend another month trying to adapt and get the hang of things.

    We literally did one day of training and after that was expected to know how to do everything, and know where everything was. They really don't show you how to do anything or where anything is located. when you ask where certain things are located, you get a vague answer or "over there" or "in the back" --- but where the heck is over there or in the back, when you're in a store that has a lot of "back" and "over there" to chose from????? They usually get mad when something isn't done right, but if I wasn't shown the correct way to do something or even know I was suppose to do something then whose fault is that? Management and the person who trained me right? You'll pretty much catch on and learn as you go though.
