There weren't any benefits offered to part-time employees--which was everyone except for management. Occasionally they would remember to treat the employees of the month, which was nice.
Health insurance is very competitive and reasonably affordable for a family. Investment opportunities as well. Advancement for those that apply.

There is no benefits at all. They dont care about any employees. No chance to move up the ladder unless you bribe. Only 19 hours a week and thats if you are good at what you do.
Sometimes they off voluntary time off, but the best part is the over time they give during certain seasons.
You receive a 20 percent off entire purchase. Customer receive the same thing in mail or if they sign up for the membership, so the discount isn't that spectacular. You can use your discount on certain items that customers can't which is nice, but other than that, nothing to grand about the benefits.
