its a good package. The benefits are good and the out of pocket expense is better than most companies. They also have a wellness program that helps reduce you payroll deductions.

Several options to choose from. The plan I chose does not bill me until after my office visit. Like most plans, cost goes up each year.

Benefits packs is pretty decent. Paid time off, a little expensive on the rx costs. From what I remember free vision.

They are very understanding with sick days and there is always a 20% off employee discount that you can use in addition to any other sales.

Health Insurance is decent and affordable. No bonus until you are store manager level or above. Vacation time is 1 week plus depending on time. Hard to take vacation time given though. You do receive a discount, but its only 20% which is the equivalent to the coupons offered to everyone.

Part time doesn't qualify for benefits

It was very hard to become full time at BBB and the only people to receive certain benefits, like health insurance, were full timers. Part timers received benefits like discounts for many different thing from hotels, movies, car rentals, plays and many more. Part timers didn't get paid vacation and received only a certain amount of paid sick days, 1 for every 30 days or something like that, I believe. I would say overall if you are a part timer, the benefits are very limited.
