  • Employee Discount  (151 comments)

“The discount is 20% which is nice, though this is the same discount customers get with a coupon. Overall it was nothing special.”

  • Job Training  (70 comments)

“There was very little training offered. Videos were shown covering the basics, though they looked as if they had not been updated since the 90's.”

  • Sick Days  (36 comments)

“There were no "sick days". You either called in and missed a day's pay or you suffered through it and risked getting everyone sick.”

There weren't any benefits offered to part-time employees--which was everyone except for management. Occasionally they would remember to treat the employees of the month, which was nice.

Health insurance is very competitive and reasonably affordable for a family. Investment opportunities as well. Advancement for those that apply.

I worked part time so i wasn't offered any benefits. I believe benefits were only for full time people.

As an employee we didn't receive any special discounts. Just the same 20% off coupons that everyone else used.

There is no benefits at all. They dont care about any employees. No chance to move up the ladder unless you bribe. Only 19 hours a week and thats if you are good at what you do.

Sometimes they off voluntary time off, but the best part is the over time they give during certain seasons.

You receive a 20 percent off entire purchase. Customer receive the same thing in mail or if they sign up for the membership, so the discount isn't that spectacular. You can use your discount on certain items that customers can't which is nice, but other than that, nothing to grand about the benefits.

20% discount off of everything, including things manufacturers do not allow coupon use on. Additionally, there is a list of "incentive" items that can be purchased at significant discount.
