Beeline Benefits Summary
Best Part is Flex Time Off
Family health insurance was too expensive and it went up every year...
Pretty Good overall benefit package
Benefits are ok, not great, no 401K match, health insurance is expensive and coverage is minimal.
Vacation package is "unlimited" now, which means up to management discretion. The healthcare is very expensive and there are no 401K matches or advanacement contributions, such as adoption assistance or tuition reimbursement.
Work From Home is nice
Over benefits were OK. No employer 401k match, missed out on a lot of money over the years.
No 401k match, other benefits pretty standard
Company contributes money towards healthcare costs; I believe coverage to be average. Paid time off is slightly above average based on info I've read elsewhere. The company does match 401k contributions. There small gifts from time to time and lots of internal events that make the place fun.
Pretty standard for mid to large company. Healthcare has gotten worse over time with change of providers. Very good with work from home scenarios for appropriate roles.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
