“In summer month you can potentially loose health care coverage because a decrease in work hours which could be completely not your fault”
“I definitely don't feel like I have much time in my life to do anything besides work. It would be nice to have more vacation days or longer holidays where we are not expected to go out and work and accept working from home instead. ”
“With 10 sick days per year, it pretty much covers what you need. ”
the company had many perks , paid time off and sick hours were great, and health insurance was a plus and easily able to obtain by workinh a certain amount of hours
It is probably the same as any other company that does the same thing. Nothing special about it. It leaves you wanting a bit more as you hear basic logistics jobs get bonuses, more PTO, more holidays off, etc. You start to wonder if the money is truly worth the work.
Health benefits, PTO sick time
No benefits were offered. Benefits only offered to full time employees. However, very hard to become full time. I was not offered full time.
Having unlimited PTO for Directors is amazing, so nice to be able to have a work/life balance!!
They offer help with school, health insurance and other things like monthly reviews for prizes
In order to qualify for any of the benefits for Behavior Frontiers you must work at least 30 hours per week. The company hires full time employees to hover around 23-34 hours per week so that an employee can never maintain full time status, therefore is never capable of taking advantage of any of the benefits.
The benefit package is generous compared to other employers. Low deductible and coverage is good for prescription medicines.
Great medical and dental insurance!
The best part of the benefits package is the matching 401K.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
