Very well priced Healthcare options
Nice 401k and healthcare that includes vision and dental.
The health care insurance is good price and good 3 tier coverage for what's out in the market now.
Benefits package is pretty good overall. The cost has not gone up significantly in the last few years. Coverage is pretty good.

Company has a great benefits package. They really do their homework to make sure it is up to industry standards (or above the industry standards. Health insurance raised slightly after obamacare, but nothing too crazy. 6% 401k match. Average vacation, and very relaxed if you need some time off for personal reasons. Great company.
