“2 plans offered. The lower cost per month has a stupidly high deductible ($10k!!), higher cost per month is mediocre at best.”
The benefits are decent. The health insurance monthly payment is high if you have family in your plan. The biggest con is no work from home and constant micromanagement from my section lead.
Company provided benefits are good all around
Health insurance is over $12,000 per year for family and over $3,000 per year for an individual, Or there is an extremely high deductible plan for over $4,500 for a family or $1,000 for an individual.
Average amount of PTO, lowish Holidays, not great medical, bad 401k plans.
Not very good coverage provided
Health insurance didn't cover anything really, seemed like the minimum insurance required.
No benefits and insurance very expensive.
Pros: Multiple Health Plan Options, solid PTO, 401k Match, Tuition Reimbursement, Paid Holidays Cons: Cost to some health plans
Benefits are average not anything special there are selections for insurance and 401K.
The pay is decent. The vacation is decent. Could be better.
