“Anthem BCBS is a very good company”
“Offerings are good, match is average.”
“For contractors good, but not as good as companies producing their own product.”
I thought the HR department did a good job working with employees. The benefits were solid though not amazing, what I would expect from a company of this size. They offer wellness program benefits that encourage employees to take care of themselves to earn premium reductions.
Company 401k matching contribution is only 2%
Average benefits, low on the PTO compared to other engineering firms in the area.
Good Benefits but poor work life balance.
Pretty standard , matches half in 401k up to 10%
Health insurance is ok, There is an option for PPO or HDHP. The bare minimum holidays are given.
The benefits are very transparent when being brought on as a contractor.
Since I am a contract employee, I did not opt for the benefits package. But I believe it is a comparable package.
We are pretty much the middle man, expect to really work more with customers that having a real day to day work experience with actual belcan team.
Decent benefits Start you out at 2 weeks paid vacation, after six years you get three weeks vacation. Student reimbursement when getting accredit classes (Get a C or better to get it paid, don't need to pay back if working there for three years after they reimburse you). Able to go negative 40 hours in vacation if need be. Started to offer paid maternity/paternity leave .
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
