So far, I have not seen anything abkut the benefits plan that are out of the ordinary for most companies except for Belcan Universite, AKA SkillSoft, which is pretty good. The hea!t h insurance is actually worse in cost and coverage this year than last year.

Good 401k match for a contract company.
401k match is low, and the eye insurance is accepted by almost no one. Holidays are half of what the customer has and vacation is maxed out at 3 weeks.
Pros: Family oriented, flexible time, coworkers Cons: As with all health insurance, the cost has shot up quite a bit and the coverage has decreased some over the last few years. There could also be more opportunities for professional improvement for the employees.
Vacation and sick time are minimal
It is dependent on the client you are working with. One client I worked with had great benefits, but one had very poor benefits. Also, there was never any PTO - even for holidays.
