The benefits with Belcan are ok. The 401k match is decent, as well as the dental and vision. Premiums are reasonable and the health coverage is adequate.
Vacation and holidays are significantly less than competitors, especially for a newly hired worker with experience.

For a contract company there are a lot of benefits some you have to find or ask about, 401k is alright. 2 weeks Vacation plus pay into a third then raised to 4 weeks over time. not many sick day 3 and if needed more can be added. There is maternity leave and tuition reimbursement every year. Super Flexible hours dependent on contract
The benefits are average/below average. Nothing exceptional but not the worst. The 401K vesting schedule is very extensive which is unfortunate.
There are discounts employees can use on cell phone plans, etc if you look for them. Con: no difference in vacation or sick time - it's all the same and it's not much

So far, I have not seen anything abkut the benefits plan that are out of the ordinary for most companies except for Belcan Universite, AKA SkillSoft, which is pretty good. The hea!t h insurance is actually worse in cost and coverage this year than last year.
