    they went from an allotted amount of time of vacation time and sick days to what they now call PTO time which made a lot of people that had been there for a long time loose time that they had gotten for years of service

    Not as good compared to other retailers. Use to be standard 2 weeks and then 3 weeks after 5 years. However, company just switch to PTO so it's a little better now.

    Your first year don't plan to do anything crazy- they only give you like 2-5 days depending one when in the year you start.

    You would get initially two weeks paid vacation time which is pretty good. Some people got more depending on how long they worked.

    Just merged vacation and sick time - it's now PTO and is in one bucket. You end up not getting as much time off. Used to be much better with a day off for your birthday etc....
