Best Thing: Health Insurance. Worst Thing: Pension Plan has been significantly diluted, whereby after a certain length of time of working there, it is no longer beneficial to continue.
As an intern, there are no benefits. You are expected to have an insurance that lasts through the duration of the internship. There is no over-time for extra hours.
Great office, good place for research. Staffs there are Kindly to teach you things. However, the intern contract is not very long (2 months)

Flexible work time including work from home, 4 to 5 weeks vacation per year, 401k employer contributions, health and dental insurance. Not sure about maternity and paternity leave.
