    There are two different options. One has a high deductible where as the other has a low. I have had both while working for Bell Partners. They are okay benefits not the best and not the worst just okay. They are pretty expensive per month though for them to just be okay.

    Compared to other companies, Bell has a fantastic benefits package in all aspects. The best part is if you qualify for the Well Bell Discount. For medical, dental and vision I had $79 a pay check withdrawn. The out of pocket and premium costs are also phenomenal. The offer everything and match your 401k.

    United Healthcare is not accepted at a lot of doctors. Also, money is always owed at the dentist after regular cleanings so dental does not cover it completely. They do match 401k up to 6%.

    It was nice to be offered benefits as a part time associate. While I received PTO and sick time - I was not allowed to use it while I was employed. PTO was paid out upon leaving.
