Here are just a few benefits that are offered to regular, full-time associates:
Best: Additional discount for being nicotine free. Worst: Lack of volunteer time off.
There are two different options. One has a high deductible where as the other has a low. I have had both while working for Bell Partners. They are okay benefits not the best and not the worst just okay. They are pretty expensive per month though for them to just be okay.
Compared to other companies, Bell has a fantastic benefits package in all aspects. The best part is if you qualify for the Well Bell Discount. For medical, dental and vision I had $79 a pay check withdrawn. The out of pocket and premium costs are also phenomenal. The offer everything and match your 401k.
United Healthcare is not accepted at a lot of doctors. Also, money is always owed at the dentist after regular cleanings so dental does not cover it completely. They do match 401k up to 6%.
The benefits package is not realistic for what the company pays their employees.
401k match, have health care options (regular and high deductible plan, increasing vacation time with years worked, sick time, floating holiday
Offer standard benefits at affordable pricing. Free Short Term Disability. Free Weight Loss program. College Savings Plans. Discount programs with car, home, pet insurance providers. Options for credit monitoring and hotel discounts.
Very flexible vacation and sick times. Holiday parties and celebrations of hard work. Your hard work will not be ignored.
It was nice to be offered benefits as a part time associate. While I received PTO and sick time - I was not allowed to use it while I was employed. PTO was paid out upon leaving.
Having been employed with Bell Partners for more than 5 years I've enjoyed what I consider excellent benefits all around, from the medical and dental coverage to vacations and sick time.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
