“Up to a 10% match was nice, especially compared to most employers who might go up to 5%.”
“Health, dental, and vision insurance premiums were lower than my current employer. The coverage was also better.”
“PTO can be used for sick time or for anything else really - doctors appointment, car repair, childrens' sports, etc.”
9/80 work schedule, education match, PTO and vacation
Vactaion time off and 9/80 work schedule. This give you 26 extra days off every year. There are four health care packages to choose from.
Top benefit at the time was 401k matching up to 10%, but there is a 5 year vesting period. Health, dental, and vision insurance was less expensive than my current employer.
Two weeks off for Christmas considered holiday, not vacation.
Benefits was great except vacation days. It should have based on not only the years of service but also the position level.
The worst thing is there is only a high deductible and max deductible health insurance plan offered. The best is that there is a paternity leave policy.
The relocation package was very good. It is cool to work on a brand new aircraft that you get to see its first flight and many test flights afterwards.

Comprehensive and affordable medical insurance, a 9/80 work schedule, casual dress code, work-from-home flexibility and solid 401(k) matching (50% up to the first 10%)
The health insurance is not the best from what I have been told by coworkers with families.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
