good 401k, good vacation and sick days
Best thing is flexible election offerings for employees so they can make the best choice of benefits for themselves and their family members.
You get insurance but nothing big
Pay was low and health insurance was expensive. There is no 401k match and in the last 10 years only 2 raises of less than 2% which was immediately taken back and more with a raise in health insurance increases ( actual pay reductions)
Good 401k package when it comes to talent and compensation, they lack the ability to say no. You have people with higher education and Experience then others.
Overall pretty good with 401K matching and tuition reimbursement. At least for Engineering, no bonuses until you reach Engineer IV (15+ years service), and just ok annual raises. 9/80 schedule is nice. Start with 2 weeks pto but allowed carry over per year and 80 hours sick time.
Although they got rid of the pension plans, Bell still offers great overall benefits in today's market.
Slightly better than average benefit and salary package. Good bonuses. CEO is nuts so don’t count on your long term options being worth anything.
Insurance is not great, retirement fund is ok.
401k match is generous but dont expect the best compared to other industries. Health plan packaged with HSA has helped me to save on health costs and save on taxes
