Always adding things. Right now additional commissions for the holidays. Plus an hourly to get started until you learn the job. Various potential health plans too. 401K

No Benefits available. Independent Contractor only. Some regions are hourly but most are commissions only so work for free and no 401k or benefits because you aren’t an employee

There are no benefits like insurance, 401k etc. no paid vacations and no paid leave of any kind. This job is paid only by commission on sales. So if you don’t sell you don’t get paid. If you aren’t at work you can’t sell so no paid days off of any kind. Job training workshops offered once a year usually only about sales techniques not photography skills or editing skills to improve your work AND are unpaid and not mandatory but you are strongly encouraged to attend.

There are no standard benefits like insurance or vacation. You can plan your vacations fairly easily though, you just have to put your requests in well in advance.

Zero benefits even though sometimes you'll work over 30 hours week with no minimum wage compensation

Unfortunately, there are no benefits like health insurance. But the job is very flexible and only a part-time position. So if you need to take a week or 2 off you are able to do so.

They offer no 401K, no Health Insurance and no real benefits other than consistent work for photographers which is important but I wish they offered some benefits like health and retirement.
