    There are no standard benefits like insurance or vacation. You can plan your vacations fairly easily though, you just have to put your requests in well in advance.

    Unfortunately, there are no benefits like health insurance. But the job is very flexible and only a part-time position. So if you need to take a week or 2 off you are able to do so.

    They offer no 401K, no Health Insurance and no real benefits other than consistent work for photographers which is important but I wish they offered some benefits like health and retirement.

    Newly introduced "inspire" program sets the bar unbelievably high for what is expected of photographers in order to receive insultingly small compensation. 90 consecutive, flawless work shifts (including quality of work, sales, etc) will earn you one day of paid vacation (equal to average hourly day, usually 2-4 hours) or a cheap $10 camera strap.
