Great health insurance, 5% matching for 401k (403b), 2 weeks+ of vacation time (increases the longer you work at Belmont), etc
They offer a good health insurance through Blue Cross Blue Shield that has good coverage and lots of benefits and rewards.
At the time of my employment, Belmont had decent health/vision/Rx insurance. I would have enjoyed more time off/paid vacation.
Wonderful health and dental coverage
-10 vacation days your first year and one additional every year after that (i.e. 11 days your second year), 2 floating holidays, plus standard holidays and 5 days off during the week of Christmas. You get a ton of sick days too (like, 11/ year) but you can only use them if you call out, have surgery, etc. They are not personal days, so unless you are a pregnant woman, undergo major surgery, or are very sickly, it's kind of a waste. -Pretty standard health insurance. I find it pricey, but that probably has more to do with Obamacare than Belmont. They contribute a little cash to your HSA each month if you opt for the HSA plan over the PPO. -403(b) with 5% match
Great vacation time, just ok health benefits (doesn't cover diagnostics until deductible is paid), 5% retirement matching.
Health insurance is excellent. Provides 403B match. I like the Virgin Health Miles fitness tracker. Delta Dental is appreciated. Also provides Vision plan. Great benefit package that is reviewed regularly and upgraded periodically.
