401k after 1 year of employment. Benefits begin 3 months after starting. Major dental work not covered until 1 year of being under plan. Plan doesn't cover private rooms if hospitalized or after pregnancy/delivery.
I wouldn't know, I did not apply to use any of their benefits in the package. The bonuses were taxed, and there were issues with staffing. High turnover rate for the caregivers.
Health insurance ok, no paid holidays - part of pto but always short staffed so can never take pto.
i thin there benfits package is pretty good as far as other peoples benfits packages, insurance alot got cheaper so thaT is a plus
It takes a while to get enough PTO to take a few days off. You get health, dental, vision benefits. It also takes a while before you get those benefits.
