Belvedere's stand-out benefit is the unlimited vacation policy. This of course doesn't mean you can never show up to work and still get paid, but it allows you to plan for holidays and experiences you may otherwise be denied in more rigid systems. Other than that, they provide a large amount of extracurricular activities and invest into their employees constantly.
