it's okay. Not spectacular - but then not too many companies these days have one.
The best part of the benefit package is now being able to deduct every paycheck money off of my benefits depending how my yearly physical tests turn out. It I'm healthy as an ox, I can save money from benefits. That can add up fast when you have a family at home. They also match up to 10 percent on the 401k, and they generally work with you if you need a day off or something.
