High co-pays and premiums. Not on a par with large engineering companies. Might be considered okay/good for a non-tech company.
Still provides medication coverage for everyone included on medical plan.

It's hard to imagine having a worse Health insurance plan. It's terrible and cost a lot of money.
Keeps getting more expensive. The increase is generally more than my raise so I take home less on the long run. Example: Take home currently $600/2 weeks. Raise = $12/week Insurance cost increases by $40/2 weeks. New take home $584/2 weeks. 600+24=624-40=584.
