Very competitive options that are reasonable.
There is vacation and paid time off, EXCEPT you cannot take any in the first six months of employment as a hard rule. Then after six months, you cannot take it because it is not worth the trouble you have to go through to beg to take some time off.
They have these, but there is much room for improvement to be competitive with others.
Nothing special about the vacation or time off, sometimes the company agreed upon days off have to moved for customer concerns. Not bad, not great.
At the management level, you only get 2 weeks right off the bat and don't get any more for a long time. Terrible.
Takes 5 years to get to 3 weeks of vacation and 10 more to get to 4 weeks. You never get any more than 4 weeks.
You start with 2 weeks, accumulated from day one, but not able to start using until after 90 days of employment.
