A 1.75% average salary increase off the low end of the Minimum salary range DOES NOT and will not sustaine the 23% rate of Healthcare inflation. Be warry applicants as the Welltower goal is to STOP & ARREST the compounding rate of wage inflation. Take your 3% every year versus a 1.5% salary increase and 1.5% end of DECEMBER one time cash pay out. They want to hold back your compounding WAGE GROWTH.

Very good, exempt employees are covered day one, non exempt employees did not have as good insurance.
