Their benefits are horrible the company who makes millions of dollars every year does not contribute enough to their employees if they have a family but then again like the company does not want you to have a family as they think you could be dedicated to Haverhill Crossings 24 hours a day the holiday incentive is awful no time and a half only $3 extra an hour no shift differentials however they try to make you feel as though there's other opportunities with spot Awards and service Champion however they barely give them out as they need to stay within their budget and when they do give him out or they say they are they frequently never come

Even the most expensive plan, the "high coverage" option has a deductible and the"cheap" plan deductible is thousands of dollars.
They fail to offer a pre tax cash payout to an employee of what they would have been paid as a benefit should an employee CHOOSE to go in another direction. Bottom line they save $1000 per month x 4000 employees on average.. without offering the cash value of the benefit if one chooses not to subscribe. IS THIS A LEGAL PRACTICE MAURA HEALY ? Good healthplan, 401K and paid time off
There are high monthly costs for health insurance, although participation in wellness program lowers cost significantly. Even the top tier insurance plan charges for lab tests, x-rays, etc that other top-tier plans at other companies do not. Very disappointing to have very high costs for things I never paid for before coming to this employer. Other benefits are standard. Because expectations included being available 24/7, and there was little regard for personal time, these benefits were hardly worth it.
