Great package. Health, 401K (with contribution added by Benco), they even have a program when in winter if there is going to be a storm they will put you up in a hotel the night before. Drive you to work the next day and you get paid regular pay + Paid Time Off.
There is no wait when onboarding with the company for health benefits. The start on day one.
Very expensive and requires lots of out of pocket in addition to the payroll deduction. If you are lucky enough to have a life partner with good insurance, benco has even stopped giving the monthly bonus (maybe it was $50 a month?) which is just “cheap” since the company contributes much more than that if i elect their coverage
