Medical coverage options are good. Option of HDHP or PPO plans. Low premiums for employee only coverage. Pretty standard vision and dental plans to choose from. Dental plan premiums are high for what they cover though. Large coverage amount for basic life insurance. 401K matching from company up to a point. Awesome PTO bank available that starts over every year in the spring. Paid holidays and a couple floating holidays provided. You can also get company discounts at a lot of places.

Very extensive set of benefits offered - both the number of different benefit types and the options in several areas. Costs of major plans (medical, dental, vision, life, disability) are inline or better than area and industry standards. Costs of voluntary benefits is very good. Options for voluntary benefits are very large (including telemedicine, pet insurance, identify theft protection). 401k plan includes company match with fast vesting. PTO policy is generous and full balance is available on day 1.
The benefits package is 2nd to none. The plethora of voluntary benefits is most impressive, and beyond what I'd ever need.

The benefits are very competitive and economical in price. There are several benefits that are covered for free by the company, such as life insurance, short term disability and long term disability. You can even purchase company stock if you wish.

401K matching and education on all benefits. Another post said the founders own the 401K company, this is not true - for many years now.
They offer pet insurance as a voluntary benefit at a discount. They do not offer commuter benefits for those who live in areas where public transportation is available.
