I have nothing negative about the benefits at all probably some of the best i've ever had
From my experience I can only conclude that if you use the benefits and lead them to believe you have a disability they will create a pretext and terminate you.
Vacation is limited and not very flexible.

To start, you get three weeks of vacation along with 5 personal days. Every 5 years, you get an additional 3 days. Unlimited sick days are great. Company 401k with a match up to 6%. Health insurance has program to get a preferred rate to save some money.

Amazing health benefits package and the vacations aren't bad either and oh yes, free lunch as well.. worst thing in my opinion is not to much internal growth.

Benefits package is robust in the sense that it includes medical, dental, vision, tuition reimbursement, 401K. Health insurance benefits are very costly to the employee.
