Benefits kick in the day you are employed. Standard benefits in the industry but job perks make it better (car service, Seamless account, telecommuting, phone reimbursement, tuition reimbursement, etc.)
Best thing is you get sick time and vacation time and worst thing is you work during your time off to get things done.
