    Unknown/Undefined bonus (though a bonus is a bonus) everything else is really positive as well. Healthcare is affordable, 401k is nice, and the PTO program increases as you work there longer, as does most the benefits. Rewarding loyal workers

    The health insurance is ok for single person, about $40 a week, but for spouse or family it is insane! You will hand over almost half your paycheck for insurance.

    Coverage is wonderful. Had surgery, and insurance covered almost 98% of that cost! The benefits definitely compensate for wages.

    The health benefits for family is expensive compared to union contractors where there is no out of pocket and benefit hours can be banked if you are unemployed. Only foreman and office staff get vacation time
