Generous annual salary reviews/raises and bonuses.
Good benefits package overall. Firm's contribution to employee healthcare premium is much higher than most firms in the area.
The health covers nothing and is the cheapest plan available. There is no vision and I never received any information regarding dental despite them saying we had it. There was no other benefits.
Very generous caring employer. Staff are cared for on an individual basis and highly respected.
Health insurance is okay but expensive so I stayed on my parents' plan. I guess the matching 401k is a good benefit but I needed the money to pay off school so I didn't do it. They are pretty good with leave. If you get your work done on time they barely keep track of it.
Standard 3% matching IRA is okay, but the health insurance premiums and deductibles are pretty high since it is a smaller company. Vacation is 2 weeks to start with another week of sick leave, and goes up to 3 weeks of vacation after 5 years with the company. Flex time would be nice, since many employees work more than 40 hours a week anyway, so taking leave for a day when you've already worked 40 hours is kind of disappointing. The firm does do some happy hours and the annual St. Patrick's day party is pretty notable, and supervisors have firm-sponsored lunches with their teams about once a month, which is nice. Bagels on Mondays are always popular. Annual bonuses are usually fairly generous.
The simple IRA with company matching was a notable part of the benefits package.
