The benefit package has a lot to offer for full time employees. I am very happy with what is available.
Great coworkers, middle management needs to be revised, and overall culture needs an overhaul. The willingness to turnover low level employees creates a lack of institutional knowledge that hinders ease of day to day operations.
Lots of holidays off, and the company will offer personal days if you perform volunteer work for company approved charities.
Health insurance was a bit expensive for just one person
Standard benefits package including medical, dental, 401k. Nothing best or worst about it. Pretty much the same as I've been offered every place I've worked.
You have to wait an entire year to be able to set up a 401k, 6 month wait until paid time off
After 6 months you get paid time off, health benefits start right away, 401k doesn't start until after a year
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
