Worst thing is Health Insurance company doesn't cover brand name medications if a generic is available.
Excellent Benefits package with three health insurance options.
Comprehensive and competitive benefits program.
Excellent benefits! Medical, dental, vision, FSA, Vacation and sick leave, 401k matching. Health and Wellness benefits like reimbursement for Gym memberships, gift cards for team members who complete health assessments, conduct regular wellness check ups etc. Benefits list goes on and on.
Starts with 3 weeks of vacation, 6 sick days and 12 paid holidays!
Great benefits package with vacation time.
First things first, every employee starts with two weeks PTO. They provide 4 bonuses per year for leasing consultants: leasing bonus, renewal bonus, quarterly and annual bonus. The matrix they use makes it rather difficult to achieve the full bonuses so I was disappointed most times. I always opted for top tier medical dental vision and there wasn’t anything that wasn’t covered. Dental and vision don’t cover much though, so lots of out of pocket there. Their medical plans cover some fertility, adoption assistance and mental health assistance. There is also a Cigna wellness incentive program that pays out gift cards for completing routine exams! Id earned $500 in gift cards before April!! They also do 100% match for the first year! Just FYI…. Most employees who are thinking of leaving the company will stay through March so they can receive the match and annual bonus. They also offer a ton of different discounts at stores, hotels, phone companies, etc. Many coworkers, completed their real estate courses and received credentials through tuition reimbursement.
That company is really the best I worked for. They sold the building in 2016 or I would still be working for them. Great benefits!
I wish the health benefits were paid monthly and not no weekly. It’s super expensive when it’s all added up biweekly. There’s also no actual paid maternity leave
Great medical, dental, and decent company matching for 401k
