Benefits are good and not expensive and you can enroll in 401k after 30 days. Unlimited vacation for salaried employees.

If you are an hourly employee there is not anything outstanding about the company. The pay is ok, the vacation is less than the standard 12-14 days a year and the healthcare coverage is also just ok. The company they use for retirement and 401k is awful to deal with.
Offers the basics - nothing great or fantastic.
The firm recently reduce the number of PTO hours you can carry over each year. So use your PTOs even if you think there's too much going on and you can't take a break. You earned your PTO so take it! Work will be there when you return.
