Overall great benefits, especially for a firm of this size (roughly 900 people). Comparable to Fortune 500. Health insurance plans are great and very reasonably priced.

Great benefits for a single person. The only tedious thing related to the FSA card. The card can only be used at certain providers, which often excludes GP’s. So you have to pay upfront and request reimbursement.
Benefits are the absolute worst. If you have a family, I strongly suggest you find another job. You been warned.

It's hard to take holidays or time off around the holidays due to the type of work.
Flexible working hours was a pro, including the option to "make up hours" if you had to leave early on certain days.
The 401K is pretty good.

Insurance is offered after three months by the employer for contract employees. They also offer a 401(k). There are free bagels on Thursdays and coffee/tea available all of the time
