BAL offers 2 days a week of remote work, and when you are in the office, we have a relaxed dress code. At all of our offices, every day is casual Friday.

Benefits here are average I would say
Unlimited Vacation is amazing and unheard of in the legal business field. YMMV depending on your specific managers and team but this is the default policy for almost all staff. I have a spouse and child on plan, and feel the overall medical benefits to be very competitive. It is not full medical, vision and dental but heavily subsidized. YMMV depending on your salary as monthly premiums may be more burdensome especially if you're supporting a family versus individual. Really wish they would roll out HSA and not just FSA. No satisfactory response on why this is not considered.
