Decent benefits package, 401k match, life insurance, etc.
Best thing - variety of plans. There is health, vision, dental, life insurance, supplemental such as aflac. Worst- health insurance has 3 levels to choose from, but the insurance hardly covers anything. Everything seems to go to your deductible, or isn't covered at all.
401k isthe best part & the stocks, are the least
Medical insurance premium very high. With 23000 + employees they could get get a better Group policy. I have received quotes and have found out being charged for a non group rate (individual rate) for medical insurance on payroll deductions. So company is obviously pocketing apart of the premiums
High compared to other small manufacturers I've worked at. I would imagine Berry being this large they would have better plans especially medical.
the benefits package is have 401 k and cover for me and my family
good for me and my famyly
Standard vacation and holidays. Above average costs for healthcare. Recently updated 401(k) match up to 3% of base pay. Benefits are not an attractive piece of the overall package.
Vacation is nice, I wish they would give you an additional week after 10 years. 401k match is pretty good. They need to update the maternity AND paternity leave policy
Health insurance is very expensive and doesn’t cover much, 401k match isn’t great, raises and bonuses have nothing to do with job performance, no flexibility in hours
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
