Good health plan, 401k is not available for new hires until next enrollment after 1 year of employment. Even though the company gives 15 days PTO by default, these days are quickly used up by "required" vacation days when customer site is shut down - this leaves little room for planning personal vacation(s).

Standard health package. Dental and vision could have been better
