Company perks unknown planet Hollywood owns
Expensive insurance with high deductibles. Free allotment of $ to spend on food in restaurants. No 401k match.
There really weren't any benefits that I ever saw as a worker there. Except for maybe bits of free food if a mistake was made or getting 50% off of meals when I worked a shift. We would at times, if it was especially busy, have a manager buy food for the staff which was nice from time to time.
There wasn't one offered to me b/c even though I was available to work the minimum hours required to qualify for benefits, the scheduling manager didn't schedule those hours.
I could request vacation anytime in advance. I was always granted one.
Health insurance has everything I need, Safety nets with company are plentiful, High value placed on quality of life, Industry standard vacation per year, Sick/Personal days are honored as well.
Great health and dental plans. 401k. Paid sick, vacation, and personal days.
Great benefits package. A little expensive for medical but worth it for the premium package. No match on 401k.
2 weeks vacation pay when you start. Max's out at 3 weeks. 401k offered, not matched. Medical dental offered, pretty decent, lots of other benfits available as well like short term dis, long term dis, etc. Bonuses are available for all management but change every year. Mainly earned from making budget and staying under expenses. Every manager gets paid holidays and 1 birthday day paid. Also get a credit card per say that you can use to take your family out for free.
Hours are very flexible so getting time off is no problem. I only work about 4 days a week so I don't get any benefits, I don't know if the full time servers get any.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
