the PTO system is not bad. they give it to you in one lump sum at your refresh date so you can manage it how you see fit. however if you miss work for being sick or any other reason they don't deem it necessary to fire you for they will take these hours away from you
Get 24 days off to start as a full time employee, but it does not increase very much depending on how long you have worked at the company, unlike a lot of other places.
Full time benefits only, part time didnt have this!
They have some of the best paid time off. They give you 88 hours of PTO after becoming full time. Then they give you 144 for your second year then 188 after 5 years.
Lots of vacation time (shared with sick time) but still a very good amount, it is use or lose but they are generous with it
2 weeks paid vacations. Full time only.
Time off is flexible with school and vacation.
Starting Feb 2019 part time employees will recieve 24 hours sick time and 16 hours paid / vacation time.
It is the same as any other place you get a limited amount of sick days and the same goes for the vacation. it is normal.
pretty flexible with the time off, but you cant be taking time off all the time as a full time employee
