You are only allocated a certain amount and not guaranteed hours for full time so you’re forced to use your PTO

Vacation time is on the low end but normal for a retail company, but you are not allowed to call off when you desire, you are told when you can go on vacation. Depending on the managers, they may be able to work it out with you, but scheduling things is not possible most of the time.
Will earn more time the longer you work there
Worst thing is that you;ll never get it, they slave you man. But the pay was worth it so much so

going on vacation and getting a break
Cant take time off in November and December and working Black Friday and Christmas Eve is mandatory. PTO is accrued and increases based on tenure milestones.
