The PTO is great after you are there for a few years. it builds up fast and you get to 5 weeks after 5 years I think. Medical is good and there are options for what level you want. They also have become more focused on general health and wellness lately. I have no complaints at all about the benefits.
Pay is very low.
Average benefits plan offerings: 401k, medical, dental etc. Deductibles are a little high. Generous time off and paid holidays.
Nice benefits - health, 401k, work from home and travel. Also EAP, conferences and subsidy for internet and cell.
The company always has staff parties to appreciate us and so we can all get to now each other. Health insurance is better than most places, 401k. We get vacation time and time off 80% of the time.
The 401K had a good matching program. The vacation increased every year by a week. I believe it tops out at 5 weeks.
Good medical coverage, match 401k, great PTO and most years a bonus is given around Christmas time that equals about one week pay.
Great benefits package, especially for a non-profit. Medical, dental, life insurance. Lots of paid days off (I've worked her 7 years and get a little over 30 days per year). Paid pet bereavement leave!
Very generous vacation policy. Medical benefits are ok, but getting more expensive all the time.
Pet care reimbursement when we travel for work!
