Well, since it's a sales/commission structure going in, we know there is no health or 401k Commission % is great
There IS no benefit package. you are a 1099 , independent contractor. you want health insurance, you go get it. vacation- take it unpaid, get your own retirement acct. I had to give 1 star- it wont post with a zero
There is no benefit package We are contractors. That does not make the benefit package terrible - there is just no benefit package provided by the company, but with that comes a ton of freedom and choice.
As an independent contractor the benefits I receive are less tangible than typical employee/employer plans.
There is no benefits package. However, you are an independent contractor with uncapped income potential.
NO Benefits - but very flexible schedule!
The best thing about BVM is the income opportunity and the people you are surrounded by
UNLIMITED INCOME!!!!! Yes; I know that isn't part of a "Benefits Package," but its a Huge Personal benefit. Given the fact I'm an Independent Contractor; BVM doesn't/nor can really "offer" me health insurance. That is on me. As far as Vacation; I can take off whenever I want. I'm fresh out of training, as of yesterday, so I personally will not be taking vacation anytime soon. Mostly because I personally believe vacation should be earned. I will not feel I've "earned" that right until I see MY Name in the Publisher spot of MY Magazine. PERKS are definitely available, based off YOUR work. 100% paid company trips and ability to bring another person with me; if I qualify, sounds Great to me!!!
there is none. Contract employee - no benefits at all. They say its an 80% commission sales - but less as you deduct expenses and collections (pas tdue clients)
There are no benefits whatsoever.
