Per my peers, There is Decent health insurance at Beth Israel deaconess medical center if you compare to mass health
Very good and diverse plan!
They offer a robust benefits package.
Excellent Benefits for all levels of staff. Very progressive
Red Sox Tickets for $5 home games
You would think that a medical center would have excellent healthcare benefits. The plans are more expensive than most, and it can still be really hard to get an appointment. And time off is almost impossible. There's this weird way that time off adds up and I'm always worrying I won't have enough for a vacation. No one should have to have that stress or feel like they can't take major holidays off. Those are the 2 biggest drawbacks.
Great health insurance, $5 Red Sox tickets
Benefits need improvement, they are not as robust as they should be.
