There are very flexible hours
You cannot work holidays but you are not paid them automatically, the hours are deducted from your PTO. So they say they give you 5 weeks, but its really like 3.5 weeks and that includes any sick time.
Currently, they offer a paid differential of $4/hr even if the employee is out on vacation. This is one of the greatest incentives of working on the west side of BIDMC.
What's really good is that you get one earned time off bank to use it as you feel necessary which I thought was better than having a set number for each category. They give you a little extra Long term sick time off.

The vacation and PTO were minimal. Very few days offered.
Industry standard. Some managers use ET at discretion
You earn PTO but often aren't allowed to use it. As a result you lose it.
Could work on the PTO account so that employees don't have to use PTO for holidays
accrued time so was able to gain vacation time fairly quickly and choose your own holidays
