Company perks- Fun sports teams to join and other clubs like book-yoga-and if there's a need for it and you are willing to organize it, there could be more clubs! Medical is a hot topic especially in this climate, i get the basic package in network because i dont go that often but the deductible is high. There are other insurance products you can choose from like legal assistance, pet, eye and dental. Additionally there's aflac. Love the 401k which to me is the most important because I'm saving for the future without doing a thing AND Bethpage pays into it as well!

The 401k retirement plan is very beneficial for employees. Your retirement contribution is matched by the company which can easily help you save and plan for retirement. If you don't contribute, you will not get the match. It is important that you contribute in order to get the match contribution. Other benefits include on-site flu seasonal flu shot, federal holidays, excellent vacation time, paid gym memberships and weight loss programs. There is also tuition reimbursement. In summary, the benefits offered at Bethpage show that the company does care about it's employees.
Bethpage offers a health care plan that is not only affordable, but has many perks. With the current provider we have virtual doctor’s visits as well as access to a 24/7 nurses hotline. This comes in handy when you are unable to make it to the doctor. Additionally the 401K plan is one of the best around and they match every dollar you contribute. Vacation time is great, even if you’re new to company. As your tenure increases and you reach certain milestones you get more time. Plus everyone is really flexible and there to help if you have any questions or concerns regarding your benefits.
The 401K package is very generous with many investment choices. The medical choices have been researched for value with all consideration.
Best - 401k with a great match. Education is reimbursed. Medical, dental, and pet care for those that need it Vision care is through Davis Vision and is the weakest benefit. MS Office can be bought for $10 each year, and Verizon give a 12% mobile phone discount.
