Good health insurance and PTO benefits
They have really great benefits packages. The company really goes out of their way to make sure their employees have everything they need available.
I havent had one, since i just started but i believe they are good
too expensive and does not cover enough
401k, short and long term disability, health insurance, dental, eye and generous PTO
i love the benefits, pay, and my schedule. I do wish initial PTO accural was higher for new employees could use their PTO sooner then 6 months

On the surface the medical insurance seems ok, but you pay a co-pay and then 20% additionally. Pension plan is a graduated match- most people can't survive the negative environment long enough to reap any real benefits. Professional development consists of the administration team reading from a handbook in a completely apathetic manner. PTO is accrued at a slow rate-2 hours a month
The insurance plan for a family is extremely expensive & is NOT a great paying policy. Policy questions are difficult to get answered from Branch Services located in Olathe, KS. Additional plans for vision, dental, disability, etc. are through a third party called Unium. This company does NOT offer a life insurance policy or an accidental death/dismemberment or burial policy for their employees.
