    Fantastic, you won't find a better none-company insurance plan for the cost to coverage ratio then what they offer.

    It is not free. It is pretty cheap though. But the coverage reflects the cheap price. It is just ok. You would probably be better off trying to get covered by your parents or spouse or the state. This is a last resort.
